Vendor Booth Registration
WE HAVE CANCELLED THIS EVENT FOR 2018
It's easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Registration 2. Payment 3. Money Earning Approval
You must be a registered Girl Scout Troop (brownie-ambassador level) to have a vendor booth, no outside organizations or private sellers.
To register for a vendor booth please download the Vendor Booth Registration file below, read through and return completed with payment.
Vendor Booth Fees:
Registrations submitted by July 31, 2018: $30 <--- Early Bird Deal!
Registrations submitted between August 1 - October 12, 2018: $40
$2.00 charge for credit/debit purchases - Please contact us via email and submit your registration if you would like to use this option.
Note: According to Entrepreneur.com, most craft fairs cost between $200-300 for a vendor booth space. Another local non-profit fair charges $115! What a great deal of an opportunity for your girls to participate in this!!!
Money Earning Approval:
You will also need to complete a Money Earning Application and submit it to your Troop Program Manager (TPM) for approval. After you have been approved, please email a copy of your approved form to [email protected] this will complete your registration process. We cannot allow any troops to sell without verifying that you have been approved through council to participate in this money earning activity. Please familiarize yourself with the Girl Scout Money Earning Guidelines if you haven't already done so.
Our troop provides all additional insurance that is needed for this event.
*Your Money Earning Application is due to your Troop Program Manager no later than October 12, 2018.
*Please send us a copy of your APPROVED form no later than November 1, 2018.
Item Limitations:
This year we are limiting some items that are being sold to ensure that our customers have a larger variety of unique crafts. Therefore, the following items will be limited to only THREE vendors per item. You may sell more than one of the items listed, but it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited items to include: Food, Soap, Bath Bombs, Candles, Cards, Plants, Hats, Blankets and Scarves.
